kan mij iemand helpen

heb een probleem , ik heb freestyler kunnen installeren op de pc , programma werkt zonder toestellen perfect
maar vanaf dat ik een toestel er aanhang lukt het niet om licht uit de effecten te krijgen
haal ik den dmx uit het toestel krijg ik licht .

is het soms mogelijk dat freestyler niet werkt op vista ???

of waar kan de fout zitten ?

So it looks like he has Freestyler installed on Vista and he can get that to work without the DMX interface, but looks like when he has the interface connected it does not work.
Sorry I can't work out if he is saying that Freestyler does not work or he is not getting any output from the DMX interface.

What DMX Interface are you using ?
It could it be that the interface drivers are not installed or are not Vista compatible ?

Freestyler is running on his machine (vista), but when he connects something, the fixture doesn't work. He gets no light.
When he tries to enable the manual function on the fixture, he gets light. (so fixture aint broken)

krijg je een verandering in de 3D magic als je in freestyler een lamp aanzet of niet?
Staat er toevallig een "function" setting op uw fixture? zoja=> staat deze goed?

What DMX interface is he using ?
What lighting fixture(s) is he trying to control ?
Is there a fixture profile for Freestyler for that fixture(s) ?
Has the correct DMX address been set on the fixture(s) to match what is patched in Freestyler ?
Has the fixture got different modes and the mode that is selected does not match the fixture profile ?
