PROBLEM FIXTURE LYRE WASH

Hello,

I have a problem with the fixture of one of my lyres wash 7x12w, because in total I have 4:
- old generations: 3

- new generation: 1
Image

Of course, I have a problem with the new generation, yet I think I have done everything as the manufacturer mentions. Everything works except the simple act of lighting fixed lyre while yet strobe, colors, tilt, .. work.
