I Use FreeStyler for: Where do I start?

Error initializeing artnet

Not 100% sure this is the correct place for this but I have just installed the latest version of freestyler on my laptop and tried to connect it to my artnet device the same way I have on my dasktop (which works fine) however when I press save on the freestyler setup page I get an error saying "error initializeing artnet". Any idea what I can to do fix this, thanks in advance
