Did you try creating a fixture via FixtureCreator? Maybe there is a similar moving head fixture, which you can use as a template and where you just have to adjust some values.
You'll find some moving head fixtures already installed with FreeStyler. Others you can download in the
Fixture Section here in the Forum (try the first sticky post and there the
"Generic" subforum).

In the archive files he provided are some fixture files you can try out:
- 30W moving head No Name.pff
- Generic Moving Head.pff
- Lixada_Moving Head.pff
- Mini LED moving head 7x10w.pff
- Mini LED Moving Head 7x12w.pff
Of course there are more possible candidates. Don't let yourself fool by the wattage. Sometimes the light output is higher than the real specs, sometimes the software (and therefore DMX table) is the same for different, but similar fixtures.
