Need a little help with TouchOSC button behaviour
Hello Guys,
Hope someone can help me with button behaviour in TouchOSC, especially the Blackout and Freeze button. What happens is that the buttons do react and feedback from FS is also visible in the tablet, but it doesn't respond directly once turned on. I need to press 2-3 times the button before Blackout or Freeze turn off. Weird behaviour.
I have the button setup on channel 16, number 61 and values 0-127. I have tested other layouts and these work, while i do have the same settings.
Help appreciated.
Andre

Have you reported it as a potential FS Bug?

No because i tested other layouts and they are working. Stupid thing is, i put the settings all like that layout and with me it gets this behaviour.

Re: Need a little help with TouchOSC button behaviour
Have contacted Hexler to see if this is a behaviour from TouchOSC. I have tested the other way around and when Blackout and Freeze are activated in FS the buttons perfecly light up. Also the other way around works perfectly. So it seems a problem in button setup. Hope Hexler will reply soon, but it took about 2 weeks before answering my mail last time.

Re: Need a little help with TouchOSC button behaviour
I lost it now. In FS the settings are 0 off and 127 on. But I found out when i use a toggle button the Blackout and Freeze only react on 127 and not on 0. This is why I need to press 3 times.
tap 1 is sending 127 (on)
tap 2 is sending 0 (nothing)
tap 3 is sending 127 (off)
I have no idea. Would be nice if someone who is using TouchOSC could explain me the button actions and when is going wrong here.

Are you sure it's not an FS problem?

No answer from Hexler and no answer from Raphael. So I am at a standstill at the moment.
