INSTALLATION PROBLEM

hi guys, i have a problem with freestyler. when i try to open the program istantly start to run windows installer.
and not freestyler.
i tryed to unistall freestyler and reinstall it a lot of times but the problem is always the same.
someone could help me?

Hi,

Do the following,

* Uninstall Freestyler and SLM3D
* Restart Computer
* Install Freestyler
* Run Freestyler

Notes:
- If you are using Windows 8.1 you may need to log on as Hidden Admin
- Make sure that the setup.exe is unblocked after downloading it
- Some cases you may need to run the setup.exe as administrator. To do this right click in the exe and 'run as admin'

If you are still having issues then try an earlier version of Freestyler.
Also add the tech info to your thread.
Windows Version, DMX Interface stuff like that to help the techs.

I've done but nothing is changed.
i've done a lot of things. i also deleted all the temporary file of freestyler.
i tryed also an earlier version of freestyler.

Go to the properties of the freestyler's shortcut and see if the target is "freestylerX2.exe".

If not, you may have find the issue.

You can try too launch Freestyler directly from is folder : C:\FreeStyler\FreeStylerX2.exe
