is ist possible, that i use submasters and start with a button the S2L for the submaster ? Is there any solution?

Not sure i understand what you are asking but, When building cuelist for submasters you select whether each sequence repsonds to s2l in the cue window. The sequence will then retain that setting and as long as s2l is running it should react to sound
