I have been making some alterations to our bands show, and I have found that different venue’s require spot lights and LED’s to be at different intensities depending on how small or large the room is.
I’ve been playing about with features, and cue lists to try and cater for all the different possibilities, but having a feature within freestyler would be great.
My suggestion is to right click on the fixture, select limit intensity, then be able to input the highest value that the light can go to… So then as the sequences run, as soon as the dmx value reaches a certain level, it holds there, until the level drops below it.
You could make is as simple, like a DMX value input, eg 175… or as a percentage eg 75%..
Is this a possibility??
Regards
Chris

Re: Limited Intensity Feature
a suggested an idea quite like this, it had the option to have lowest takes priority, therefore allowing to set a maximum level and also set highest takes priority so you can set a minimum level.
My idea was to set these as overrides for any fixture.
Raph said it was interesting and would ask the other users,
This was a few months ago thou.

Re: Limited Intensity Feature
In the next release of FS you can set a low and a high limit on each channel.
Does this solves your problems?
If someone likes to test it just let me know.
Best regards
