It's nice idea, but you can write your show, as proposed in your picture, in your favourite MIDI sequencing software and send it to FS (recalling whole scenes and/or fixture attributes) already.

I dont find anything talking about it, where I can learn about it?

Basically you have to configure your software midi sequencer rather than a hardware one as MIDI input. Keep in mind that MIDI is 7 bit protocol (sends values 0-127) and DMX in 8 bit (sends values 0-254) so pan/tilt will have limited accuracy.

Hello, some Features Ideas!

I think instead you use the timeline to control sequences you can control each light value simultaneously.
I made a little concept about my idea for a timeline

your illustration looks is alnost identical with the screen of Venue magic:


I thnk i can do all that you want (and a whole more) but it is not cheap, even when you have a interface the software supports. You can finde a trial on the website:
