Bezier shapes do not work if Sound 2 Light is activated

Hi there,

First of all, thanks a lot for this awesome software.

However, even though I think the issue at hand has already been discussed, I am still looking for a solution.

Unfortunately, the pan/tilt bezier function stops working as soon as the Sound 2 Light plug-in (?) is started.
I do need Sound 2 Light because some of my fixture, e.g. the ADJ Sunray DMX, depend on it.

Does anyone of you guys happen to know what can be done in order to solve this problem?

Any ideas are appreciated!

Those features are not meant to operate without being programmed into sequences as told to me by Raph the developer. You should make sequences with the varying movements you want and then select in the cue window how they react. The software is designed to run by programming various effects. The software IS NOT designed to be run on the fly just highlighting fixtures and a shape. Although it seems like a lot of work the end result of a programmed show is so much better.

On second thoughts: We have a drive-in Disco, and for us is important that our 6 Ledpars are flashing/changing colors with the beat of the music, and that our 2 scanners and 2 moving heads just make bezier shapes, without influence from music. At this moment, I start the bezier shapes, and after that start sound 2 light. Both goes well, and does exactly what I want. The only thing is that the on/off button (start/stop bezier shapes) stops functioning, so I have to restart FS if I want to make changes.

I don't understand which features are not meant to operate without being programmed into sequences... Can you help me, Partyman?

Bezier shapes are only meant to operate within sequences. That is the reason you keep having to restart the software.
You are best served to create a sequence with moving heads doing whatever you want and run your pars with DMX400 running with s2l.
