Simple thing, but I'm having a senior moment !

I've been running FS on laptop very happily for 2 years, recently encouraging others to try it. One person is now having issues with the Create Sequence window, no matter what they change on any fixture any new or old step, nothing changes apart from fade/snap WEIRD !!! But even stranger, talking them through it on the phone, using FS on my office PC, I have the SAME PROBLEM AAARRggghhhh. Have tried old and new versions of FS, same thing !

It's got to be something really simple we've both ticked, or forgotten about, but it's doing my head in

Any clues ?

I ran into same problem in the weekend. It is really annoying because you have to repeat your steps and adjust the values serveral times before the adjusting is saved correctly.

I ppl, the window don't show nothing like"offline mode" on top? if appears that means you have something running... like Matotone said. Sometimes when we have the cue and submaster windows open... the sequence creator apears in offline mode and we need to do everything "manual"! Close all windows and start the sequence creator again.

I am pretty sure that i dint have any cues runing. the sequence window was not in offline mode.
