no green color output on a single movinghead Topic is solved

Hi everyone,

I started using freestyler recently and a the green color of a single movinghead (Ayra ERO 706 RGBUAW) is not responding.
The dmx interface i am using is an enntec open dmx, but the problem also occurs with a Lumidesk interface.
The movinghead is working correctly when i control it with the lumidesk software.
I have tried using different cables, which doesn't help.
setting the movinghead to a different channel also doesn't resolve the problem
the freestyler version i use is 3.6.35

Does anyone know the cause of this problem?
