Editing PAN/TILT/FX and saving cues on moving heads

Post by Uriahdemon »

Hi, I am trying to add some more cues to my moving head submasters namely movements. Have read all the Wiki information which does help a lot but not entirely. For example if I make a cue that involves either inverting the X or Y axis on a few moving heads it saves fine and I add it to the submaster. On playing that cue on the SM all is fine but when I change the movement to another cue made earlier which did not have any invert used that cue is not doing as it should. The reason for that is that if I right click the fixture I see that the fixture itself has the pan/tilt inversed permanently (ticked) which is of course affecting all the other movements. I am obviously doing something wrong but cannot work it out.

Also on the same subject I am exploring the FX control on the sequence editor. Again the wiki provides a very basic overview on its capabilities but I have no idea how apply it to a sequence etc. Is there anywhere I can go for more detailed information please......??

Thanks in advance.
