I'm having difficulty with Sound 2 Light actually picking up the music that I intend to have played with the "React to Sound" option.
1. I have the React to Sound enabled on my fixture group as well as in the setup
2. The output is set to "default wave device" it is my only option and I'm not entirely sure what it's picking up for the Sound reaction.
Any and all help and advice would be more than greatly appreciated.
Sound 2 Light Topic is solved

Re: Sound 2 Light
You probably don't want to enable it on your fixture group. This is like telling fixtures 'do your own thing' off your own individual mic's.
Instead, if you open the sound to light plugin (assuming your computers mic/line in is enabled) and click the little 'start/stop' button near top you should start to see it light up and levels moving. Then if you open your cuelist and click the little struckout speaker button to the right of the sequences you want to be sound reactive, that should change picture to a speaker symbol and will advance the scene on the beat of the music when you play that sequence...
Hope this makes some kind of sense when you try it

Sound 2 Light cues
I have a single light with 3 simple scenes. I believe I have the "sound 2 Light" settings correct, but the scenes won't start for anything! Anyone have some tips?

Re: Sound 2 Light
So to clarify do you mean not correctly in terms or timing on the beat, or just no light at all?

Re: Sound 2 Light
hi,
I have the same issue that my LED is not reacting to the music.
Do i need to create a SEQ?
Or once music is played, and i press the start, the lights should react directly right?
Please advise.
Thank you.
