Freestyler crash and wioe

Hey guys had an issue in the small bar where freestyler is set up that it's crashed on a few guys and has completely wiped?

Anyone else had an issue similar? Luckily we have a backup so can just pull this all back but doesn't seem very stable. It's happened twice in the last week.

Using Windows 8 but not the most up to date version of FS?

Any ideas?

Someone probably changed the location to new Location.

Then overwrote the location that was originally selected. Where you running it in Kiosk mode?

It's run in touch mode. No one knows how to minimise the touch they just mice the tablet.

Sometimes the laptop/tablet is flips back to laptop and back to touch tablet but that's it. It's not the first time it's happened either.
