First Problem ever- Strobing wont stop

Using newest version of FS on Windows xp home
Enttec pro usb
When using Pro Utility i can see the value for each channel. Lights all work perfectly. Different ones have been tested and all respond correctly.

When using FS ( pro utility shut down) existing fixture profiles or while using my own fixture creator my lights seem to be correct EXCEPT that the strobing will not stop.

All channels and all values seem to be correct except the strobing. It will speed up and slow down I just cannot figure why my lights will not stay on permanently. They all strobe in all settings. Except when all off.

I have confirmed that the light fixtures are all on the correct dmx address etc. These are just LED Pars.

Cant be that hard ( ADJ- pro 38b led , A noname par light i did fixture creater for, and ADJ Par 64 led.)

What am i missing? Maybe I have found a bug.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled FS. Checked cables. Was using a wireless 4.2 transmitter and receivers and had the same problem. Took it out of the signal chain and went hard wired and have the same symptoms.

Pretty sure it is a bug. I rolled back to a prev version and have no prob now
