SOLVED, kind of :-) S2L does not make the sequence jump to next step

Post by MagicJohansson »

Hi

I have been using S2L earlier with good success but now it has stopped working.

I have a few sequences in the Que window and if I disable "React to sound" I can run the sequence with the set time. If I enable React to sound he sequence stops.
I can see sound coming in and I can see in the debug-window that a Beat trigger is triggered. If I click on Beat it still does not step the sequence.
If I click on Trigger in the S2L window it steps the sequence.

This has been working earlier but after some update it stopped working. I don't use S2L all the time so I can not really tell when this stopped working, probably when updating to X2.

I'm very thankful for any help on this issue !
Magic

EDIT : I am using version 3.6.31 and S2L is 1.0.1.11
My computer is running Windows XP SP2

Continuing on this issue myself :-)

I tested installing FS on another computer and it worked immediately. Then I installed on the original computer again, in another folder and now it works there too !

I still haven't had time to compare the two installations but I will eventually do that so I learn what I had done wrong.
