HI,
I'm using pangolin Quickshow with FB3 to control my laser projectors and Freestyler to control my dmx fixtures on the same laptop (Win7). after a few minutes working, I'm unable to control the fixtures. If a sequence is running the moving heads, for example, will move together, but I can't change anything until I restart Freestyler. A few minutes later the same problem ... The first time I use both software on this laptop Quickshow was freezing but not Freestyler ... Any idea ? All is up to date, software and drivers and firmware (FB3 + ENTTEC USB PRO)
Freestyler and Pangolin Quickshow Topic is solved

Re: Freestyler and Pangolin Quickshow
in the windows device manager go to each USB hub and double click, you will then have a window with a tab that says "power management" make sure to uncheck the option that allows it to shut off USB to conserve power. That should solve your problem
