PROBLEM.. All effects are strobing all the time?

Guys,
just set up some lights to carry on programming and everything is 'Strobing' all the time.
I have 4 x ADJ Tri Par profiles and 2x ADJ Starbursts, All worked well the other night but now everything tonight is just strobing?
I can do anything with any effect other than stop them strobing? Cannot get either type to go on full without it flashing??
Any idea's guys please? have I upset a master setting somewhere? what has happened?
i'm using an Enttec USB Pro to operate.
