Has got anyone else problems using ledtrix and suntrix?

I configured them on my machine. (running 3.3.2) but my equipment doe not react.

Master/submasters scenes, everything else works. Also i know that i mapped the matrix the right way.

fs 3.3.2 on W7 X64 with sun&ledtrix 1.5

try to add sme parcans om the DMX addresses you are using for for led LEDtrix and suntrix. open the show output window in FS. when running ledtrix/suntrix the values for tha parcans should change in the output window.

I already found the sollution.

There was something wrong with the version. Ralph has send me a new one. All problems are solved.

What version exactly, because, i have problem that text works OK, but, GIFs don't show animations, just still image.

do you use the latest FS version (3.3.9)? some fixes for LEDTrix and SunTrix should be released in that version

I have tried all versions from 3.3.2 to 3.3.9 all have same problem.

I have same problem with FS 3.3.9 and LEDTrix 1.8... Preview doesn´t work properly, it doesn´t move at all, just still *.gif.

Can someone one post any fix or something, please?

I am running with FS 3.3.9 and LEDTRIX 1.8 without any problem.

I wonder if it is local problem.

Have you tried to install in on an other machine. Preferable a clean machine without to many additional programs.

Some programs may tumble with the graphic driver.

Tested on 3 different machines (2 PCs & 1 laptop) and same result. I received one option to test and will report tomorrow about success.

I have exactly the same problem. I have tested freestyler 3.3.2 on Win7 64, Win XP SP2 and SP3. The LedTrix and SunTrix is not playing gifs. Only the first frame is shown in the preview and on my led matrix. Text is working properly.
I asked once abut that but no one knew the answer.

I would like to download the latest version 3.3.9 but the file on the main page is somehow corrupted. Aftrer downloading it says that the setup is incomplete.

Ok, small update after a long time.

I downloaded and installed new recently uploaded version 3.4.6. I didn´t uninstall previous version but just installed new one (rewrote). I was hoping that my problem will be solved now, but unfortunately wasn´t.

Animations in LedTrix and SunTrix still doesn´t work, while text is moving normally...

Uninstall and reinstall a clean version of FS 3.4.6. Whatever your issue was has now transferred to the update which usually means that a registry setting didn't take.

Is your freestyler installation in program files or in root directory?

Hi, I have the same problem. Were you able to solve it?

I might add:
My machine is Dell with nVidia Quadro & Win7 pro 32-bit.
I update drivers for graphic card and nothing, still doesn't work.

Small update:
Yesterday (2015.05.23) I installed the latest version (3.5.9) on another machine with Win XP SP3 PL 32-bit with the same result

Edit:
(2015.05.23) Asus K72J with Win 7 Pro SP1 PL 64-bit - anim is still freezed

Is someone does it work? If so, what kind of system and graphics card?

I have just made a fast test of it and it works.

When I look on the animation then I can see the image on screen shifting.
In the Preview window I can also see both text and animated image moving.
And finally on the "output monitor" I can see that the values are shifting.

This is FS 3.5.9 on a win7. Quad 3.10 GHz, i5-2400, 8Gbyte DDR3. NVIDIA Quadro 600.

I have also had this issue once and had no clue of what was wrong.

I recall that it disappeared when I updated a image viewer. To be honest I don't have a clue of what program it was.

First of all, many thanks for your answer, because I thought that this forum is dead. :/

I have a question for you:
What is your language version of Windows (EN?) and what is your default viewer for gif's ???
I ask because I tried on three different machines and systems - WinXP Pro SP3 32-bit, Win7 Pro SP1 32-bit and Win7 Pro SP1 64-bit - all in PL language version and I think there might be a problem. It may have to be EN?
