Hello everyone
Recently I upgraded to the newest version of the software and if found a problem or change with the way the fx generator works.
On the old software when I selected a pan effect and clicked generate I could then later up on top of that to create elaborate pan/tilt effect so for example I want to create a pan sweep with a small tilt to make a circle. I would start by clicking pan and cosine then generate then select tilt and reduce size down and click generate and the 2 would then be overlayed to create pan tilt effects.
Now on x2 every time I click generate it tries to create more steps so for instance the same effect above would come out as 11 steps of pan and 11 steps of tilt rather than a combined effect to create a circle.
Can someone help? Maybe the programming method has changed and I'm missing something or maybe it's a bug.
Thanks

Hej oliverst14
I don't recall when it was changed but I know that there was a wish on being able to append more sequences after each other.
As you describe
If you start with a cosine then you get 11 steps and if you then add a sine you will get additional 11 steps. total of 22 and you will have something which starts with a cosine and continue with a sine.
If you want to add them in parallel then you have to do it a bit different.
You start with the cosine for pan again.
Then set the step counter back to step 1.
You then change to sine and tilt and add them.
You will now have a total of 11 steps.
Pan will run 11 steps cosine and at the same time tilt will run the same 11 steps with a sine.

Re: fx generator fault freestyler x2
I just had a look in the wiki.
It was described there but only with text.
I have added two figures to illustrate the text.
