Fixture not playing from cuelist

I have just got a Chauvet Colorpalette. I can change colors and everything just fine. The problem occurs when I want to save a sequence and trigger that sequence from the cuelist. It fails. The fixture goes dark. Am I doing something wrong? I've used the cuelists and submasters with all of my fixtures. I'm not understanding the problem.

I just updated FS to the latest version. Still the same problem. With the Chauvet ColorPalette, you can only initiate colors from the "colors" panel associated with the fixture. If you try to save the color as a sequence and initiate it from the cuelist, the saved color will make the fixture go dark. I don't know if this has to do with the fixture profile or not. I don't have this issue with any other fixtures. Please help.

I have had a look on the fixture and it looks okay.

A silly question.

In the submaster panel
You have adjusted the fader next to the cue to 100%.


And finally if you open the output monitor panel then you can see what values freestyler sends to you fixture.
This may help you debugging the problem.

One of the things I noted when I looked at the output monitor is that channel one sets the mode. I the mode is not stored with the sequence you may think you are in 27 ch mode and you are operating 6 ch mode.

OMG, that is not a silly question. That was actually the solution to the problem. I never adjust the slider for my scanners. This fixture does not have a shutter channel, so slider adjustment is mandatory. Thank you for this easy solution to what seemed to be more complex.

The slider is an additional dimmer / Intensity slider and it uses the Intensity or the RGB channel to adjust intensity with. As you say if there is no intensity cannel then it have no effect.

I don't know if the ColorPalette fixture is one you created but there are a RGB segment function which make the handling of all the RGB channels a bit easier.

I have modified the fixture so I uses segments.
The segments may not be correct placed but you can give me an feedback on it then I will move them.
