Fixture Saving Problem [SOLVED]

Post by djjasonk »

I was having latency issues that I couldn't seem to get fixed, so I reformatted my computer. Latency issues are solved now, but...

I downloaded 3.5.8 and everything is working just fine except for the moon flowers I run. I restored my back up and now the moon flowers will turn off once freestlyer starts, and back on when selected from a cue. They'll switch between cues and turn on and off with the panel controls too. My issue is that I used to be able to tap the same cue again and the lights would turn off and stop spinning. Has this feature changed somehow? I can fix half of it by adding the fixtures again in setup. Adding the fixtures makes the lamp function as it did before, but the mirrors continue to spin. I checked the fixtures dmx setting in fixture creator, and everything is good.

I don't like it, but I can live with the fixture still spinning. The bigger issue is that I have to add and overwrite the fixtures every time I start Freestyler. It's not saving for some reason, or I simply don't remember how to save. Doesn't freestyler save the fixture setup automatically?

Never mind. I fixed it. Had to change some preferences and it's all good now.
