That being said I have figured out how to make most things work on it (NOT THE LIGHTS) but I still have one issue I would like to resolve. well lets back up and give you an idea of how I have things set up. I run a submastered system with overrides. on my submasters I have a few blocks of scenes that run dimmer patterns to my wash lights (moving head or not) also I have movements and static positions for my moving head spots and washes. Along with some various group dimmers and other random things, these have always worked well with the apc with submaster intensity, speed, etc. then I have all my colors and strobes linked to override buttons, for ever I tried to figure out how to get them to work so I could tab between O.R. pages use the same buttons for each page. Finally I figured out that if I hit the convert flash to toggle buttons on the options it would work (YIPPEEE) until I went to use my strobes page that actually used the flash buttons and they were no longer flash. Here inlays my question is it possible to just have 1 page of flash buttons without locking up the rest of the pages? also if you know how to make the lights work that would be pretty cool as well

apc flash conversion
OK so I use the apc40, some keyboard shortcuts, and a touchscreen to control freestyler(sometimes a remote app as well) and if you have searched this forum you know as well as I that even though the apc40 seems like the end all never need more gear controller for freestyler with all the sliders knobs and buttons you could want in a compact unit. You may end up pulling out your hair trying to get it to work how you want it to, or how it would in ableton with all the pretty lights and blinky shiny stuff.

Re: apc flash conversion
Redvandan, if you need to find the info of which midi channel relates to what for channels, values to use, lights, etc then this might help if you don't already have a copy http://6be54c364949b623a3c0-4409a68c214 ... _rev_1.pdf
I would be interested to know how you see this progressing as I was thinking of getting one of these controllers myself.
