You have entered Manufacturer name to be "Import" and not Clay Paky.

Here is the same fixture but it will be imported under manufacturer "Clay Paky" instead of "import".

!!!Warning this isnt the Original One but a brand from china and i dont know which one!!!
also this DMX chart is totaly differnt from what i ever seen.
20Channel mode.
