Where did OFF, FADE, SNAP go to?
Everything was fine this morning. I was creating a chase, left for a bit, came back to continue and this happened. I have restarted windows several times and restarted the software several time. I have no way of knowing what setting I am on. http://snag.gy/r2l3Y.jpg

I can see that you have not opened your Sequence editor.
They are only present when your editor panel is opened.
