Can anyone please tell me if FS (linked by DMX simply to two Chauvet intimidator LED100 scanners)
can start in sound to music mode when the first note of a MIDI file begins and
continue until the last note of a midi file has finished but end with both scanners pointing a stationery open white circle spotlight on to the middle of the dance floor, remaining that way till next midi is started. Then simply repeating this for every new song.
Also with an option of strobe effect from same two scanners (They do have this function) either with some control message previously inserted in to required MIDI files or by a manual controller from an MIDI keyboard or laptop key when needed during midi file playing.
I cannot test anything as I am awaiting my USB to MIDI interface hardware and have read some negative issues with MIDI.

Re: Freestyle with midi files
Hey
I believe this would be possible, yes. But as you've probably read there is bugs and issues with MIDI at the moment, so we are waiting for a new release. However, if you are in need you can go back to older release of Freestyler for the time being to help you out.
