Swarm 4 Won't Black out [SOLVED]
Hi Group, I am new to FS using version 3.5.5 with DMXKing ultra micro dongle. I am getting know the software quickly, but I am having trouble with this one fixture. The Swarm 4 will not black out using the master blackout feature, I got the fixture profile from this forum. Any ideas or setting changes I can try? Thanks for any help you can give.

Re: Swarm 4 Won't Black out
I figured this out. The shutter channel was not properly configured on the fixture profile. I had assumed since I downloaded the profile from here it would have been correct or another user would have mention it and pointed it out. Oh well, it is working now. Oh also the same thing goes for the Color strip mini, shutter channel not set up as well on the profile.

Re: Swarm 4 Won't Black out
Glad you sorted it
Yeah, just double check fixture profiles against manual as they tend to be half done or not very well at times. I always find it's easier to do them myself then I know they are correct. If you need any help with fixtures and creating them let me know via PM (Private Message).
