Good Evening everybody,
i have a problem with freestyler and the controller USB2DMX from the USB2DMX GmbH. When i want to select this controller i get an error message "Open Failed". What do i wrong? I have installed the software twice and everytime i get this error message. When i want to use an other USB Controller the DMX Scanner doing stupid things (change color,gobo etc - and i do nothing!.)

Is your controller showing up fine in the device manager?
