Problem with turn on light Briteq moving head

Hello,

We have four Briteq 250s moving heads (I think we use the imove 16 fixture file) which works good, apart from one thing, in the beam window, you can turn of the lamps by hold down the button for ten seconds but you can not start it. Nothing happens.
The manual way to do it is to set channel 16 to 255 and channel 8 to 247. The problem now is that it is impossible to set the channel to 247, it goes from 246 to 248.

Is there a way to set the value manually in Freestyler?
Anyone else having problems with this Moving head?
