Laser switches on when I stop Cue.....??

Hi all, I wondered if someone could help me here please.

I have a Showtec Galactic G30 laser. I use it now and then in the show however when I stop a cue on a cue list button the laser switches on. It happens all the time despite me having the laser channel set to blackout on that cue. I have double checked the blackout on the submaster and that is good. I can also go onto the submaster when this happens and hit blackout which extinguishes the laser.

I was just wondering if there was something I was doing wrong and how do avoid this coming on when I dont want.
