Hi. I helped with lights for a show at my church recently and the band manager was suggesting background lighting colours for each song - yellow here, now olive green, now reddish...
and I changed to them by sliding the R, G and B controls for the selected lights, which was OK but not great.
I'd like to know what would be the best way to do this... I can pre-program colours and then use the submaster to fade to them, which is cool, but if I don't have that colour programmed, how can I move gradually from the colour I'm on to a specific new colour.
(It would be cool if you could select your NEXT colour in the colour window and then drag a fader to get there gradually.)
What do you suggest would be best/possible?
Thanks.
Best way to gradually change colours on the fly?

Re: Best way to gradually change colours on the fly?
the best way is to program the color before the show begins..
So you can use the Overridebuttons for a SNAP change of colors.
or the Submasters for a Nice FADE change of colors..
