Can't control Quad Scan LED fixture - help!

I've recently installed Freestyler and a Euro-Lite DMX-USB interface + managed a basic proof of concept by controlling a Staireville LED Flood, therefore I assume that all connections etc are working and correct.

The next light I want to hook into is the Quad Scan LED by American DJ. Unfortunately there is no fixture file in Freestyler, so I've had a go at using the Fixture Creator to create one. The light has 4 mirrors and each mirror/light can be separately controlled by DMX when using 28 Channel mode.

Unfortunately I'm getting nowhere - the light just won't respond at all (I've made sure the DMX address is set correctly on the fixture and that it's set to 28 channel mode).

What's strange is that the DMX signal light on the fixture itself doesn't even show up as lit.

I've attached the fixture file I've created (covering the first 7 channels of the 28), and also the manual for the Quad Scan LED, containing the DMX table. If anybody could offer some pointers / help in the right direction I'd be so grateful!

I'm having the same problem but with a Quad Phase. What did you do to fix it?
