Led Pars on/off in one step. Any Ideas?
Hi,
Is there any possibility to make something like this:
I want to My Led Pars on in 30% (or off). On EVERY beat it should blink. How to do it? If I set it on in one step and turn off (or 30%) in second - it blinks every 2 bets, not each.
Any ideas how to make it correctly?

I'm using SBDJ S2L plugin for Virtual DJ.

I am pretty sure that you can go into the app data file and change the bass count value from 1 to 2, or whatever number of beats you want to use. I usually use 4 because the default value of 1 is way to busy.

If i change bascount value to 4 it causes Freestyler will react on every 4'th bit. Am I correct?

Ok, I got it, but it's beat divider not multiplier. I give up.

Have been using FS for a few years now and I havnt found a way to have a fixture turn on and off in one step. I've always wanted my par cans to flash with the beat (as triggered by sound to light or tap sync). This is probably something that can be suggested as a improvement via the report a bug tool.

Hey,
I did at one point get my scanners to work to one step like an "x factor scene", where they go on and off. I managed for a little while to actually get two scanners on one step and get them to move where I wanted them to, however, it unfortunately messed up after a while and I couldn't do it and I couldn't try again due to my laptop dying on me.
I will give it another go though when I get my new laptop (on sister's posting) and hopefully might be able to get it work again, but I highly doubt it. I just thought that I'd share that with you.
Regards,
Nathan

If you are using sound to light in FS , go the the config button and you will find the beat multiplier/divider. There you can set it to make your sequence jump by 2, 3 , or 4 steps and down to 1 per four beats. I use it to do exactly what you want to do. I have a row of blue fixures and set them at 25 percent. On the next step i have the ones on the end set for 40 percent and increase each set untill I have the center ones set at 100. This gives a real nice flame effect and if you add a little orange in the middle for the second step it is even better.
