Pan Tilt Speed control by Fader Wing

Hi,

i want to control the Pan Tilt Speed with a fader or a Encoder of my fader wing.
But I don't know which function This is?
can somebody help me?
All other functions i want to control with my fader wing are working only this one i don't know the description in the setup menu.
