i made a cue of 2 steps. step1: color red...step2: color white. when i test the cue it goes from red to white...but i see other colors (green, blue,..) in between passing by. how to solve this? i want the color to switch from red to white with no other color in between.

no this isnt possible.
as example look at this page: http://www.freestylersupport.com/wiki/f ... ddle_value

a Color wheel changes color to Rotate the wheel there for the colors are on a Fixed posion.
and if you switch between White and red it needs to pass , green - Orange - blue and yellow.

the only way to get it is to remove the Glass colors from the wheel and change the order.
but its not possible because they are glued on a metal wheel and the chance you break them durring removing is realy high.

A possible workaround would be to add a step in between that blacks out the lap and changes color, so that you would have:

Step 1: Lamp on, color red, duration as needed
Step 2: Lamp off, color white, duration as short as possible (or however long it takes for the color to change)
Step 3: Lamp on, color white

It won't be a perfect instant change, but it'll be better than watching the colors cycle as the wheel spins into position :)

This would be ideal but I don't think the Winner has a lamp on/off ability or a shutter channel. I have the same problem with my dynamos as lamp off is actually just the colour wheel moving in front of the lamp. Hopefully LED technology will start to give us some more fixtures with the ability to fade between colors on a colour wheel.
