Enttec ODE not talking to anything

Hi there
I have an enttec ODE that was working fine and now won't talk via ethernet to any computer mac or PC
The two upper lights are on solid,the lower two are off,has anyone encountered this before and know of a fix?
I cant do a reset or firmware update as its not networking AT ALL..

When you run the Node Management utility does it show up when you click Discovery?
