First day here using freestyler. It is still very confusing to use...because it does some weird things sometimes when I am trying to setup fixtures and cues.
I initially wanted Freestyler to be able to flash my fixtures to the beat properly, and down the road use the plugin for virtual dj. I have been working on getting that going today, and I can make a cue and play it just fine and it controls my lights, but when I enable the beat to the music, and have the Beat 2 Light open, i see it is capturing the BPM and doing its thing, but it doesn't advance the steps in the cue list, my lights just stay at the last spot and do not advance.
I have followed the guides to get it working to no avail. Why would it work when I press the play button on the cue list, but when I have the red line across the speaker removed and have the beat 2 light program open and capturing the beats does it not do anything?

Re: Beat 2 Light not working
hello, b00t
yes i do know there is a VDJ Plugin allthough i never used it.
because i'm no DJ...
But to let sound 2 light trigger the next step from the CUE isnt that hard.
First create a Seqeuence and put that in the Cue and as you allready did, Enable the Sound to light on the Specific Sequence. or more
now open the sound to light Plugin.
you see that 2 Windows open up. One window that looks freestyler Theme and and other Gray Sound 2 light FOR freestyler window.
Now one the First Freestyler Themed Window, you also see some Features you can Enable and disable.
now to let the Sound to light work on the CUE window. you need to enable "JUMP TO NEXT STEP (CUE,....)"

Re: Beat 2 Light not working
Thanks Spirit.
I went over again this morning and everything seems to be in place, yet the steps on the cue never move. If I press the "PLAY" button it goes through the sequence just fine, but when I press the stop button and attempt to let it go through the sequence with the beat it just stays at the last spot. I am attaching a screenshot of the setup in case I am missing something.

Re: Beat 2 Light not working
Ok got it working.
For some reason Freestyler didn't like being installed in c:\Freestyler. When I uninstalled and put it in the c:\program files\Freestyler directory its working fine now.
