Touchscreen and submasters

Hello,
I'm french and my English is not great. Freestyler I use for a year with a BCF2000 and a touch screen (touch screen interface 2). I encounter a bug. When the window is open and submasters when I load a cuelist it is impossible to launch a seaunce from the touch screen. by closing the window of submasters I can run the sequences from the touch screen. Is this normal?

No this is not Correct.
But i also tried it with a BCF and Touchscreen UI2 and everything seems to work fine.
But this can also be caused by other Commands.

so Can you send me your FMS, FTS and SYX Files so i can try to reproduce your issue..?

Thank you for your quick response. Even without BCF2000 the problem is still present. If the window is open submasters it is impossible to start a sequence (everything else works) from the touch screen. But if the window is closed submasters everything works fine. Do you have an idea of ​​the problem.

No i don't have a Clue thats why i like to have your, FMS, FTS and SYX Files so i can try to reproduce your issue.

or wait it only happins with the TUI2 so i only neeed your FTS file..

So i can try to reproduce with your setting.

If you have Freestyler 3.4.0 or higher you can Save your Touchscreen settings and thats a FTS file
FTS = FreestylerTouchscreenSettings
FMS = FreestylerMidiSettings

Both files should be loacated in c:/Freestyler
Byt first you need to Save both setting before the files appears.

but if you dont have 3.4.0 Only lower then you need to make a Backup file

I just tested with the keyboard and I have the same problem. If the window is open submasters it is impossible to launch a cue with the keyboard shortcut (the cuelist is supported). so it's not a problem of touch screen. The function "Start Cue" works but not "Stop Cue".

Ahhhh Yes! now i see your problem but your right Start cue and Stop cue doesn't work if the submaster window is open

and you also right that the Stop cue Doesn't work.
But these problems are allready fixed in the latest version (3.4.6) Also the name is change to Start Sequence and Stop sequence.

But these buttons are not made for the Submaster but for the CUE.

You need "Toggle submaster" to Stop/start a Sequence with the Submaster.
You can also use "Submaster Run" and "Submaster Stop"

Thank you for your help. So the problem will be solved Stop cue with version 3.4.6. I explain my problem:
- I charge a Cuelist with the "Toggle Cuelist X".
- I run a sequence of cuelist with the "Sequence X". This button does not work if the window is open submaster. With the mouse sequence starts.

I want to use the "Cuelist" and "submaster" at the same time. With "cuelist" I run multiple sequence at the same time and have the possibility to use also "submasters".

yes i agree, i run freestyler with 3x bcf and TUI2. so its realy nice.

But i never tried to use the submaster, cuelist and Toggle between sequences at the same time.
i use the Submasters and Override buttons.

so i can not say if this should work.
