Art-Net Output

Hi Community,

since a few days i get a Enttec Open DMX Ethernet Node, but i can't get it work with Freestyler 3.4.4.

What i did:
- Setting the IP of the node to: 2.2.2.2, Univserse + Subnet to 0, and Mode=Art-Net to DMX
- Setting the IP of my PC to: 2.2.2.1 / 255.0.0.0
- Settting the Output of Freestyler to Art-Net universe 0

With the Enttec NMU i can access the node, and control my fixtures.
I used DMX-Workshop to verify this, and also there i can control the fixtures.

If i try to do this with freestyler, the lights kept off. I cant see any DMX-Over-Ethernet-packages in DMXWorkshop neither in wireshark.
To verify this again, I started DXM-Control, setted it to output art-net, als instandly the lights flash up. DMX-Workshop shows packages again.

Is there any "trick" to get freestyler output Art-Net?

Hello i have never used Artnet so i do not know what i'm talking about.

But did you also Noticed on the front page this:
- ARTNET output on change and broadcast address changed to x.x.x.255

I too am having these problems, i am not getting any response from my fixtures. As far as I am concerned Freestyler is broken, it is not sending any dmx values, I have done everything including clean installs. Your ip settings are fine and should work. My only suggestion is that you downgrade back to the previous version. As this is what I am going to have to do. I think for the time being that I am going to actually shell out some cash for a full software program seeing as I have big shows coming up and cant afford to wait for an update.

I have the same problem - in older Versions it works, but not with the 3.4.4
