Patched fader description

Post by htaxil »

Hi,

When adding a fixture, the faders and their descriptions are taken from the definition of the unit. channels are assigned in ascending order, like this :

Image

When we patch chanels, we ask freestyler to rewire the fader to the channels we choose.
This works fine, but the label of the fader stay that of the original channel.
In the following example, after patchiing, the fader "Dimmer" drive the Red channel, "Red" fader controls the Green channel, "Green" fader controls the blue channel...

Image

This will be corrected? How can we change the description of the faders?

Thank you
Hubert.

You can just re-create the Fixture file so everything will be correct, but i do not know if you allways need to reptach it if your doing other shows :?:

but in the end it sound wrong.

But i never used it so i do not know how it should react.
