Hi,

This fixture contains Geni-FL 1800D MKII

It has 2 channels:

1 Flash-Rate (Speed)
2 Intensity

To use single trigger (you'll see in macro's) go to stop first then to trigger-(slow,med,fast) one flash results.Do the same process repeatedly for repeated single flash.
This can you use for taking a photo, it's like a proffesional cameraman uses.
