Technical documentation for supporting new interfaces

Post by skotti »

Hello Freestylers,

I have an (yet unsupported) DMX interface, which I want to use with Freestyler.
Is there a technical documentation or tutorial how to integrate the driver into Freestyler?
I would assume, that an DLL must be written, to link the Freestyler software with the hardware interface.

Thank you for any hints.

Best regards,
michaeL

hello, skotti

No there arent any technical documentation to add a new interface, the only thing you can try is to try other interfaces maby there is one that uses the same drivers.
and if thats doesn't work go to the bug tracker (http://www.freestylersupport.com/bugs/main_page.php) and ask if the developer will add that interface.
