Please help, I can't seem to get the spacing/offset to work

Hi Guys,

I am really struggling to get the spacing and offset to work in LEDtrix.
I have created a 12x12 matrix to run 12 chromabank MK2s across the stage.

I type in the 12 x 12,
Start address=1
Every 3 channels skip 0
press set
Press Auto address
tick auto-align
exit setup

When I put the preview window on, it is always just the top left corner of the image...
I have tried manually changing the spacing and offset, tried doing this before and after pressing the "set" button and the "auto address" button, but to no avail.

The preview is always the top left corner of the image. I even set up a 12 x 12 grid in easyview to see if the preview was wrong, but even that just shows the top left corner of the image...

What am I doing wrong?

Hi LJ,

Very strange, thats the document I have been following, but no matter what I do, the preview is always up in the top left corner of the animated gif..

I have tried 3 different laptops, with 3 different versions of ledtrix, most recently version 1.8.
There must be something I am missing, has anyone managed to get this to work?

I am not sure where the problem is but

Auto-align ?

Be sure that it is off.

If it is still not working the make a "Print Screen" of the panels and upload them.

They should look like this.
