Sequence button not working?

Post by stuee »

I have created a sequence of 6 scenes, i saved it as a button and in the cue.
When i press the button it jsut plays the first secene and stops and puts a blue exclmation mark on the fixture. When i press play on the cue it works ok though, but i want it so when i press a button it plays the scene for that fixture only.
Is there also a way so when i press the scene button that that light only reacts to sound to light without using cues.

one more thing, why when i create a sequence does the sequence window say offile?

thanks in advance.

Override buttons can only play first step of a sequence and set it to snap (no fade times .DMX values change instantly)

if you have a running sequence in the cue window and/or the cue window is open while you have the cerate sequence window open, you will bee in offline mode.. that means that what you will program wont be sent out to connected fixtures (no DMX outout). thus you cann program while you have a running show. if you use the 3d EasyView, you can see what you program in offline mode
