I know any animated .gif can be used, but how would one go about easily creating new animations? I'd also like to make the images the same size as my LED matrix.
Seems to be a bunch of crappy animated gif software out there.
Best way to create new .gifs?

I use Adobe Fireworks! It works great to make animated GIF's step by step!
