1. Re-check the dip-switch on your fixture.
Get its manual and check if its REALLY configured on channel 1. Tell us how dipswitches on your fixture are set now and provide us the manual. (PDF)
2. Where did the shutter channel 1 came from? Looking in the PFF, you set shutter channel 1. Channel 1 is'nt a shutter, but a mode control channel for your laser. (Your laser hasn't got a shutter channel!)*
3. To be able to control the laser via DMX, you should set the DMX value of channel 1 to 64...127. (see the DMX channel config you sent in Doc1.doc) - next time please attach the manual pdf completely please. Then and only -then- the channels 2 ... 7 respond like documented in that table. Otherwise, they won't.
* You should enter value 64 in the shutter channel for 'open' if you decide on keep using the shutter channel. But don't expect the shutter channel to be able to dim the laser.
But the way I see it, don't use the shutter channel and just name the channel 1 "Mode" and initialize it with a default value of 64.
So, keeping the above in mind, a simple solution without changeing the pff file is to set the shutter channel 64 (values from 64... 127 mean the same) and try out if the other channels (2...7) responds now. They should. If not; maybe you did make a mistake configuring the dipswitch for channel 1 on your laser.

Reason: Manual attached
Great! Thanks.
