Interface GUS electronics VL344 not working
I just got a GUS electronics VL344, followed the driver instructions, followed the freestyler setup instructions and can not get any of my lights to turn on. I am only using it to fade par cans off and on, but I cant get the cans to do anything. If someone can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks

Re: Please HELP
on the Freestyler home page i can't see that your DMX interface should be supported..
I'm at work right now so can't tell if the interface is available in the setup menu for Freestyler?
if not, which interface did you choose instead? did you choose the right comport (if this was necessary)

Re: Interface GUS electronics VL344 not working
* Fixed the title of this topic. "Please HELP" was not really informative.
Your interface is not supported by FreeStyler, however, it is un-officially supported.
What interface did you select in FS?
Have a look at this page: http://www.freestylersupport.com/wiki/f ... _interface
Follow instructions from there. Make sure to select the right com-port.

Re: Interface GUS electronics VL344 not working
Hello
Dont know if this has been solved yet but I have had the Gus electronics interface for some time now and the latest update seems have written it out... as in it is there on the interface list during the setup, but you cannot actually select it as an interface. =s
However... Selecting the Entec Open DMX interface seems to be working with the gus electronics one for now... I have been using it today and it has been working fine so.
Hope this helps
Alex
