Double R&G laser 260mW

Dear everybody.

A few weeks ago I bought a laser. But, I cant find the fixture. I searched for hours, but with no results.
I triet to make my own fixture, and I failed three times.

I have a PDF and the channel image. And I realy hope that somebody can create this fixture for me.
