how to use/create fixtures?

Hey all,
I know this is probably a very dumb question, but I cannot figure out where the "fixture creator" is within freestyler. I want to create three fixtures, but have not figured out where to put all the values from the lights manual into, and how to upload it. Can anyone help? For the record, I want to make fixtures for the following:

1. Chauvet Intimidator 1.2
2. Chauvet Vue III
3. MBT 96 LED par can

it should be located in the freestyler directory.
Start -> all Programs -> freestyler -> fixture creator.

Then select the fixture type (other for the LED Can)
enter the appropriate fields.
Manufacture name
Fixture name
then select a picture from the list. (you can make your own)
Enter the total number of channels the fixture has.

For the led can enable CMY/RGB , then select RGB and fill in the appropriate data fields.
